Your responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to your strengths.
• Consult with clients and offer expert guidance on hair care and styling products.
• Handle client calls, enquiries, and bookings.
• Keep your workspace clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Support front-of-house operations including appointment scheduling and client communication.
• Work to salon procedures with the confidence to use your own initiative.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a hair stylist with a strong portfolio of your work.
• Excellent client care and the ability to build genuine rapport.
• A real passion for hairdressing and for people.
• Self-motivated, with the discipline to maintain consistently high standards without close supervision.
