Requirements
- Minimum three years of salon experience
- Confidence in colouring, with a focus on blondes desirable
- Strong consultation and communication skills

We are looking for a thoughtful, professional Co-Stylist to support our stylists and help deliver the calm, elegant experience our guests value. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client care, eager to refine their technical skills, and committed to progressing into a full stylist position within a supportive team. Responsibilities include supporting stylists throughout the day with clear, confident communication, preparing and assisting with colour work from formulation through to application, providing a refined wash basin experience and polished blow dries, ensuring each guest feels cared for from consultation to checkout, helping guests choose suitable home-care products, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across towels, equipment and workstations, rebooking and checking out guests with warmth and professionalism, and representing the salon’s values of kindness, education and empowerment.
